Privacy notice
How the Cyberpunk 2035 app and these pages handle information: what stays on your device, what Apple handles, and how to reach us.
Scope of this notice
This notice explains how the Cyberpunk 2035 iOS app and these support pages handle information. The app and pages are operated by hongda Zhang (“we”). It reflects the current version of the app; we will update it if the way the app handles information changes.
Story and recovery information on your device
The game saves chapters and scenes, choices and actions, in-game time and resources, character state, reading history, attempts and rewards, schedules and endings locally. These records continue the story and apply game rules. Fatigue, body and health values describe fictional characters, not the player's health.
Local recovery files can also contain complete story state, pending actions and backups. They help resume interrupted work, replace a story and avoid duplicate submissions. A new free story has separate local storage. Integrity checks and backup encoding do not mean story files are encrypted by the app.
Purchase and recovery records in secure storage
The device's Keychain stores Apple-verified product and transaction identifiers, purchase and signing dates, revocation status, the purchase environment (production or sandbox) and related transaction fields to determine paid access. It also stores the current trial identifier, recovery metadata for the accepted save and pending action, and file references and digests. These connect purchase access to story updates and help prevent duplicate settlement.
This Keychain recovery metadata is not the complete story text; complete story state resides in local files. The current configuration does not enable synchronization of these Keychain items. This does not guarantee that uninstalling clears them or that reinstalling recovers them.
Device language preferences
The app reads the device's ordered list of preferred language tags and selects built-in text locally. Tags may include a region. The reviewed code does not use this to read your physical location or determine store availability by region.
Apple purchase and restoration services
Purchases use Apple StoreKit. The app checks entitlements at startup and on returning to the foreground, and listens for transaction updates. Loading products, purchasing and explicitly restoring also use Apple interfaces. These operations may involve a network connection; not every query or restoration can be promised offline. An explicit restore may request Apple Account authentication.
The current developer-written purchase bridge does not receive Apple Account details or raw receipt contents; it uses verified transaction fields and status. Apple's policies explain its payment, account and platform data handling. Deleting local data or starting again does not delete Apple's purchase records.
No accounts, ads or analytics
The app has no account system of ours, no cloud saves, no advertising or tracking, no third-party analytics and no remote log uploads, and it does not call AI models while you play: the story is written in advance. We do not receive your story progress, choices or language settings. Error messages may be written to logs on your device; the app does not send them to us.
If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with crash reports and related diagnostic information under Apple's terms. You can change this in your device's privacy settings.
Retention, starting again and deletion
Saves and recovery material stay on your device so the story can continue. Starting again or replacing a story keeps a backup first, and the app has no single control that erases everything.
Deleting the app is handled by iOS. We cannot promise that it removes Keychain items, copies in your device backups or records held by Apple, or that reinstalling or changing devices will recover your story. Depending on your backup settings, iOS device backups may include the app's local files.
These pages and support email
These pages contain no scripts, forms, analytics tools or external fonts, and they do not set cookies. They are hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. Links to Apple take you to Apple's websites.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments. We use them only to answer your request and keep them only as long as needed for that request and any follow-up. You can ask us by email to delete your messages.
